This is a project I am working on in Grand Junction, MI. The windows are Andersen 400 series in Sandstone color. The interesting thing about this job is that the interior is prefinished at the Andersen factory in Sandstone.

There are other products to mention on this project. The deck is by Timbertech with a Timbertech rail system. The back deck (not shown) gives the homeowner a view of the island in the middle of their own lake where the couple was married.

Today we ordered the interior trim package and I will be back to touch base on how that turns out in a few weeks.

This house built back in the early 80′s was in need of some attention. The homeowner put in all new Jeldwen windows and patio doors throughout the house. The contractor, JPD Construction, found some rotten wood behind the old windows and had to replace the deck ledger board and some of the T-111 siding.

I can’t wait to get a picture of this job from a boat on Dean Lake in Grand Rapids, MI. The homeowner had a great eye for detail and the Simulated divided lites in these Jeldwen windows really make this a showcase home.

This is a log sided home in Berrien Springs, MI. It was built by Holland Log & Cedar Homes. I love the window wall in the great room of these homes. The windows are Andersen 400 series in the forest green color.
